Global Connect International (Global Connect) is a private company limited by guarantee, incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 10539383). It is owned by its members, all of which hold an equal interest in the legal entity. Members are themselves associations or alliances of independent member firms. Each association is a separate legal entity and governs itself and handles its administrative matters. Each associations is responsible for its own liabilities.  Services are delivered by the member firms of each of the associations. The member firms of each association are locally owned and managed independent firms and are responsible for their own liabilities.

The rights and obligations of Global Connect members are set out in the Bye-laws and Articles of Association and included in the individual agreements that each association or alliance signs before joining Global Connect. 

Global Connect is governed by the Board of Directors, comprising the executive directors/CEOs of each association or alliance.

Established in ​2018.

Global Connect International was formed in response to clients increasingly looking for accounting, tax and and legal services from specific locations with specific expertise. By combing the resources of three of the world's leading associations of independent accounting, tax, legal and business advisory firms (AGN International, DFK International and MSI Global Alliance), clients have access expertise tailored to their needs wherever and whenever they need it.

Malcom Ward
Global CEO AGN International

CEO at AGN International, a leading global association of accounting, tax and advisory businesses.

Malcolm is an experienced CEO, Main Board member & Deloitte-trained Chartered Accountant. An extensive track record in global professional services and business services, including emerging markets. Depth of experience in strategic development, results improvement, mergers & acquisitions, outsourcing & shared service. Known as a persuasive communicator, and an imaginative, inclusive & energetic leader, with a reputation for teamwork and growing talent.

Bill Wright
Executive Director DFK International

Bill is based at DFK’s London headquarters office and, working with each of the regional and national groups, manages the global operations of DFK. 
He was previously a Principal with the DFK member firm in San Francisco where he was responsible for client mergers and acquisitions, and the firm’s business development activities.
Bill earned a Masters degree at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and previously was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Vice President at the Japanese-based Daiwa Bank and a Corporate Banking Officer at Bank of America.  Bill is a member of the Institute of Directors in London, held board roles at the Association for Corporate Growth in San Francisco and was an adjunct professor of accounting at Golden Gate University. 

Andrew Leck
​​Chief Executive MSI Global Alliance 

Andrew is the Chief Executive of MSI Global Alliance, a leading international association of over 250 independent legal and accounting firms. 

Prior to his role at MSI, Andrew was an Associate Partner at EY where he was the Business Development Leader for Scotland, responsible for EY’s growth and go to market strategy supporting a mixed portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. Andrew has spent over 20 years working in the accountancy profession in various roles, including training, consultancy and leading market growth programmes across the world. He is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
